A Ready-to-Move home, or RTM, is constructed using the same methods as site-built custom homes, but is built in a controlled environment and delivered to your site.
At Canflex Homes, we are a full-service builder of high quality Ready-to-Move homes that are CSA certified and fully covered by the Alberta New Home Warranty program.
Our Process
At Canflex Homes, we can take your RTM home project from dream to reality. We will take care of all aspects of the build and delivery, site servicing and setup, leaving you with a beautiful move-in ready home, on time and on budget!
You can choose from one of our floor plans or we can work with you to custom design the right RTM for your land. All aspects of the home can be customized to your specifications.
What We Offer
Our RTMs are designed to be placed on engineered screw pile foundations, or a full basement foundation or crawl space can be built on-site for your home.
